Single negative molding

The single negative mold forming process is that the plate (sheet) is clamped on the concave mold by a clamp frame, the concave mold is a molding surface, the bottom surface of the concave mold is provided with a small hole, and the plate (sheet) is sealed in the middle, When compressed air is introduced from the hole of the pressure plate, the plate (sheet) is pressed and stretched, and is formed close to the concave mold surface. During the molding process, the original air in the concave mold is discharged from the small hole at the bottom of the concave mold. After cooling and setting, the air is released from the small hole at the bottom of the die, and the workpiece is obtained after trimming. In the figure, (a), (b), (c) are the various stages in the molding process, (d) is a press-cut trim, and (e) is a process in which the product is blown out by compressed air.


It is formed by two single-mode, that is, paired single-mode. When molding, the plate (sheet) is first clamped between the two molds by a frame and the plate (sheet) is heated by a movable heater. When it has been heated to a sufficient temperature, the heater is removed and the two molds are removed. close. The lifting of the upper or lower mold during closing is usually handled by a hydraulic press, and during the closing process, the air between the plate and the die is discharged outward by the air holes provided in the mold. After cooling, demoulding and trimming, the sheet (sheet) is converted into a product.
